Thank you for visiting paulahoran.org. I am happy to announce a number of programs in late May, June and July 2026. As I will be returning to my new home, an eco-village in Madya Pradesh in August and will be out of the public for some time, I encourage you to take advantage of these life changing events because as I like to say: Nothing changes as a result of Core Empowerment, and yet “everything changes” because your whole perspective on life is no longer as it was. Through a number of methods you are introduced to your own mind, so that you no longer “suffer over your own suffering”, as you gain a non-dual perspective on life. You learn to live from an absolute perspective (where karma does not exist), while simultaneously living in the relative world of karma. Essentially you learn to take things as they come and that whatever goes, you learn to let it go internally, something that is difficult for most humans: “Whatever comes, let it come, whatever goes let it go”. You regain a childlike sense of wonderment, an innocence and joy which is tempered with the spaciousness that is afforded when we drop our identification with a separate self or ego and the karma or incomplete experiences involving desire and resistance.

May 15th – 17th, I will be offering Manifesting Abundance at Shanti Niketan which is based on my book Abundance Through Reiki a favorite for over thirty years, available in twenty languages. The program incorporates the popular Nine Steps to Manifestation and the 42 Days Abundance Plan. I take up to 24 people for this program.

Because I now only take 12 participants for Core Empowerment to enable a deeper level of sharing, I will offer the retreat at Shanti Niketan outside of Kalkuta May 19th – 24th, following the Manifesting Abundance program May 15th – 17th. The venue for Shanti Niketan will be……….. So Sacred Sexuality, May 15th – 17th, a one day break on the 18th, and then the Core Empowerment Retreat May 19th – 24th, with checkout after breakfast on the 25th.

Moving to the Mediterranean Coast, this will be followed by two programs back to back in the Alicante area: Karma And The Call Of Union, Bring Presence To Your Passion, Sexuality As A Vehicle To Emptiness, which completes lifetimes of sexual trauma and literally lightens your whole being, bringing home, a heightened approach to the beneficial use of kundalini energy in your life, June 19th- 21st, then a one day break on June 22nd, followed by Core Empowerment, bringing forth the deepest aspects of your true nature to be fully integrated in your life, June 23rd – 28th at Finca Asmoladora, a magical haven on the Costa Blanca, in the heart of the Jalon Valley/Vall de Pop in the mountainous region of the Marina Alta between Denia and Calpe, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

On July 3rd – 5th we will once again offer Sacred Sexuality in Viterbo, Italy followed by Core Empowerment July 7th – 12th. These will be held in a lovely country estate in the hills of Tuscany. Do join us in your venue of choice.

This is clearly a year for monumental change, both in terms of geopolitical and geophysical Earth changes. Back in the late eighties, I had the privilege to meet the elders of the Hopi Indian tribe in Arizona, who remember their history going back 30,000 years. They warned me that the current solar flares (we are experiencing now) are the precursor to the upcoming micro nova that (back then),would happen in the next few decades. As they explained, it would bring major Earth changes as it had twice before, both 11,000 years ago and 11,000 years before that (the scars on our planet and on Mars bear witness to this fact).

However, they told me that the degree of calamities we had the last two times could be mitigated if humanity managed to raise consciousness. When I heard this at that time when I was traveling the globe teaching Reiki, I realized that I must focus my life completely on full awakening and bring others with me on the path. In essence I was already doing this by virtue of teaching Reiki. But my resolve and clarity regarding this purpose became paramount. Then over the following years, both Papaji and my Tibetan masters verified that this was indeed my task to complete in Asia.

As we observe the shenanigans happening on this planet, it is obvious that it will become difficult for many to travel in the next few years. But we have a short window of opportunity in the next few months, so it is wise to fulfil your key wishes on your bucket list for things that are dear to your heart. My own greatest desire is to have no desire. Full awakening is the key. If you share even just an inkling of this desire I urge you to join me now while you still have time.

For most of the latter part of 2026 I will be engaged in several writing projects so I suggest that those who have been waiting, kindly avail themselves of this opportunity to enhance your spiritual growth in a way that usually takes months or years to accomplish. These are the programs both my Hindu and Buddhist Masters wished me to share with humanity. It is to them and my own years of meditation and practice near the foot of Mt Kailash that I owe the results of these programs. Sending you all so much love, and also the courage, confidence and compassion these programs evoke, to see yourself through these tough times.

To people who ask, “Am I ready for these programs?” the answer is that all of my programs are designed to meet the needs of both mere beginners to this level of transformation and also very advanced practitioners. The design of each program is created to help each individual fine tune and let go of their identification to the depth they are ready to go. The secret to awakened consciousness is to drop all identification with ego (The Awareness of Emptiness) and to equally drop identification with Karma (The Luminous Clarity to See Through the Illusion of Karma) of which there are only two kinds: desire and resistance. The deep sense of spaciousness which results as we drop identification with these key elements of life which motivate our every action, creates a sense of spaciousness which evokes the third aspect of a Buddha: Compassion.

The bottom line: There are three aspects to a Buddha (awakened being): The awareness of emptiness of a so-called separate self or ego. Ego is after all, only a compilation of thoughts of who we think we are; in other words, a thought. The second aspect is the Luminous Clarity, the supreme self-cognizing intrinsic awareness we experience when from an absolute perspective, we see through the illusion of karma which exists only in the relative world. From the realization of these two, a natural compassion toward oneself and others arise, bringing forth a newfound acceptance of life as it is in its unending capacity for evoking a sense of beauty and ever expanding wonderment.

In simplest terms, karma is only our internal record of incomplete experiences of which there are only two types: Desire and Resistance. For many years in the nineties and early two thousands, my abundance programs helped thousands of people realize their incomplete desires. Then feeling the need for a large number to complete their resistance to long withheld trauma karma, I shifted my attention to leading special EFT intensives which focus on completing this key driver of human experience. For those willing to commit to the six days of Core Empowerment, both aspects: the completion of desire and resistance is dealt with in a very wholesome way, until the reality dawns experientially, that they are actually two sides of the same coin.

As my own Guru Papaji used to say: “Let the desires play, just don’t get identified”. So join us we return to a timely focus on Manifesting Abundance, while at the same time, continue with the theme of Sacred Sexuality to help remove sometimes lifetimes of severe Trauma Karma the likes of which we see making the headlines today, followed by Core Empowerment to learn the secrets to dissolving identification with both desire and resistance: to learn a new way of being in the world with unbridled love, joy and happiness and a deep sense of completion in every moment.
